Amman, SANA- Jordanian Foreign Minister, Ayman Safadi, and his Norwegian counterpart, Espen Barth Eide, underlined the necessity of supporting the Syrian government to reconstruct the country, achieve its security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and meet the rights of all its citizens.
“During a meeting held at Jordanian capital, Amman, the two ministers discussed the situation in Syria”, Jordan News Agency “Petra” said in a statement, adding that both ministers stressed that stability and security of the country are a guarantee for regional and international stability.
The two sides also highlighted the efforts exerted to immediately put an end to Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, achieve a lasting and comprehensive ceasefire, and overcome all obstacles that hinder the entry of sufficient humanitarian aid into the Strip.
