Damascus, SANA- People’s Assembly Speaker Hammouda Sabbagh stressed the need to continue to confront with all determination all aggressors and enemies of land of Syria under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
Sabbagh’s remarks came during 17tht session of the 1st regular round of the 4th legislative term in which the latest developments in Aleppo were discussed.
Sabbagh saluted the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army who defend security of the homeland, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
He also saluted the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed to defend the soil of the homeland.
In turn, the MPs reiterated their great confidence in the ability of the Syrian Arab Army to restore every occupied inch of the beloved Syrian land.
They denounced the attack launched by terrorist organizations in Aleppo province a few days ago aimed at carrying out hostile agendas and undermining Syria’s sovereignty and victories throughout the past years of war.
“We will continue to work together with our people, army and the leadership until we achieve final victory over terrorism and its supporters, and restore stability and security to the entire of Syrian territory,” the MPs said.
