Riyadh, SANA- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) affirmed its continued support for efforts to combat malnutrition in Syria, in cooperation with UNICEF, by funding life-saving food programs targeting children and women in Hama governorate.
The center explained, in a post on the “X” platform, that more than 19,600 mothers and children benefited from these programs through fixed clinics and mobile teams, in addition to raising awareness among 12,000 caregivers about best practices in feeding infants, young children, and children, which contributes to building a healthy future for the most needy groups.
This support comes as part of a series of humanitarian projects launched by the center in Syria, covering various areas, most notably food, health, and education, as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to strengthening the humanitarian response in affected areas.
