Hamah, SANA – The Turkish organization /Fath Dar/ launched restoration work of the Great Halfaya Mosque in Hama, which had sustained repeated destruction due to shelling by the forces of the defunct regime.
Head of Halfaya City Council, Mohammed al-Jamal, told a SANA reporter that the Great Halfaya Mosque is one of the largest mosques in northern Hama countryside, noting that it was severely damaged by the bombing of the former regime forces, which led to it being put out of service.
