Hama, SANA–Minister of Education Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahman Tarkou, accompanied by Hama Governorate – Abul Rahman al-Sahyan, conducted an inspection tour Sunday of several examination centers in the cities of Hama and Mhardeh, as part of the oversight of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate exam session.
During the tour, Minister Tarkou expressed his appreciation for the organization within the examination centers and classrooms. He noted that the ministry had reviewed guidance input and sampled answer sheets, observing that over 80% of responses were correct—an encouraging indicator.
He also praised the efforts of Hama Governorate, in coordination with other directorates and relevant institutions, in supporting the smooth conduct of exams and ensuring transportation for students.
Minister Tarkou listened to feedback from families regarding the exams and conveyed his best wishes for the students’ success, emphasizing that the outcomes of these exams would produce a well-educated generation capable of rebuilding Syria’s future.
For his part, the Governor of Hama confirmed that the exams are proceeding satisfactorily. He noted that the examination operations room is actively working to address any challenges faced by students or parents, ensuring the process continues smoothly and effectively.
