Damascus, SANA- Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Mr. Asaad al-Shaibani said after the end of the Arab Summit in Cairo:” I am departing Egypt after participating in the extraordinary summit on Palestine.
Al-Shaibani added in a tweet via (x): We held important talks with President Ahmed al-Sharaa about the Arab region and its future. We thank the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Foreign Minister, dear brother Badr Abdel Aati, for the warm reception and hospitality.
In another tweet, minister al-Shaibani said: Today, for the first time in Syria’s history, I am participating in the Executive Council meeting of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in Hague.
Minister al-Shaibani stressed that this meeting represents Syria’s commitment to international security and loyalty to those who lost their lives due to suffocation at the hands of al-Assad regime.
