Homs governor: All measures taken to preserve security of province

Homs /SANA- Homs Governor Nemir Makhlouf asserted that all measures have been taken to maintain the security of the province, calling on the people of Homs to trust official sources for any news and not to pay attention to malicious propaganda.

“We reassure the people that the situation is good and all necessary measures have been taken to preserve security, and movement is normal in the province with the deployment of police,” Makhlouf said in a statement to the Syrian channel this evening, noting that services and everything related to citizens’ needs are secured.

Makhlouf stressed that Homs will remain resistant to terrorism and that security and stability will prevail with the efforts of the Syrian Arab Army.
