Damascus, SANA- Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Minister, Bassam Sabbagh, received Sunday credentials of Ambassador, Ruben Kharazian, as Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Syrian Arab Republic.
Minister Sabbagh congratulated Armenian Ambassador on his appointment as an ambassador to Syria, willing him success in his tasks, noting to the historical friendship between both countries and peoples, and hailing Armenia’s stances in support of Syria.
In turn, Ambassador Kharazian thanked Minister Sabbagh, asserting determination to work in order to bolster the cooperative relations between Syria and Armenia in a way that would serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
