Peskov: Moscow senses Washington is prepared to cooperate to resolve pressing issues

Moscow, SANA – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow senses that Washington is prepared to cooperate with Russia in order to resolve pressing issues, including the crisis in Syria.

In statements to journalists, Peskov said Russia has always called for developing biltateral relations and dialogue, noting that the current state of Russian-American relations aren’t good and that there are much wider prospects for cooperation, adding that isolating Russia is unrealistic and illogical because this would undermine efforts to resolve the crisis in Syria and other crises.

The spokesman said that he doesn’t know anything about any Russian airstrikes on terrorist sites in Syria, stressing that the most important thing regarding the Syrian track is coordination and exchanging information.
